Assessment Cancellation

You can cancel your assessment at any time before completing both partners' assessments. However:

  • Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of purchase
  • Partially completed assessments are not eligible for refund
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our contact form

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues prevent assessment completion
  • Service unavailability during the assessment period
  • Double charging or payment errors
  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase

  3. Explain the reason for the refund request
