Assessment Cancellation
You can cancel your assessment at any time before completing both partners' assessments. However:
- Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of purchase
- Partially completed assessments are not eligible for refund
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through our contact form
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Technical issues prevent assessment completion
- Service unavailability during the assessment period
- Double charging or payment errors
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase
